I. Application Areas

The temperature values measured by the handheld thermometer are accurately and synchronously transmitted to the wall-mounted large screen display via wireless transmission technology, eliminating the constraints of wiring for the wall-mounted large screen thermometer and enhancing the instrument's anti-interference capability. The instrument, paired with compatible thermocouples, can perform precise and rapid temperature measurements in various scenarios.

II. Functional Features

1. Combines the flexibility of a handheld thermometer with the long-distance visibility of a wall-mounted large screen instrument, eliminating the need for wiring between the test gun and the large screen display.

2. Comprises a handheld smelting thermometer with wireless transmission function and a large screen display with wireless reception function (using a 5-inch digital tube display: character height 128mm).

3. Features synchronous light indication and electric bell sound prompt at the end of temperature measurement, automatic retention of measured temperature values, and reporting functions for broken thermocouples, over-range, and low battery voltage.

4. Utilizes imported professional data transmission modules to ensure highly reliable wireless transmission of measurement data.

5. Employs new anti-interference measures, providing excellent anti-interference capability. Temperature measurement can be performed inside the furnace during medium-frequency furnace smelting without power interruption.

6. The instrument can store 1000 sets of historical data for review, and an optional printer can be added for instant printing of test data. It also supports standard RS-232 interface communication with computers to export historical data in Excel format for long-term storage.

7. If monitoring equipment is installed on-site, the temperature measurement status can be easily observed, allowing multi-faceted monitoring of on-site worker operations and facilitating enhanced internal management of the enterprise.

8. Displays real-time current time and can be used as a clock under normal circumstances. Even during power outages, the time and test data are retained long-term.
